Highlands Golf Course in Lincoln, Nebraska is an 18-hole, championship, public golf course designed in 1993 by Jeff Brauer. The course has matured beautifully and offers sweeping, rolling terrain that makes the course a pleasure to play. Varying wind conditions can offer a great challenge to the golfers.
The course stretches out to over 7,000 yards from the gold markers with a total of four different tees to choose from (White; 5,280 yrds, Blue; 6,022 yrds, Black; 6,523 yrds). The links style course is designed to offer a fair but challenging test for all playing abilities. The course is always in good playing condition. Highlands also has one of the best practice facilities in the midwest and a pro shop that is well stocked with name brand golf equipment and apparel.

Convenient Location:

We’re located near the Lincoln Airport, University of Nebraska campus, UNL Tech Park and 2 minutes from Interstate 80 (exit ramp #399, then right-hand turn on to N.W. 12th St.).

Driving Range:

One of the best in Lincoln! We offer four large hitting areas, Lasered yardage markers, target flags (several laser-linked) and target greensto help make your practice time more productive.

Rental Clubs:

Highlands has sets of rental clubs (left and right handed) for your use in playing a round of golf. 9 Hole rental: $7.50 or 18 Hole rental $15.00. Deluxe Rentals (Callaway, Mizuno, Taylor Made) 9 Hole rental: $20.00 or 18 Hole rental $25.00.

• Driving Range

The practice facility at Highlands Golf Course is one of the best in Lincoln. It features four large hitting areas ensuring that turf conditions are always excellent. Lasered yardage markers, target flags (several laser-linked), and target greens also help make your practice time more productive. A large practice bunker will can improve your long and short bunker shots. A number of rubber hitting mats are also available to allow practice during wet conditions. Two large practice greens adjacent to the clubhouse (the north typically for chipping/the south for putting) are also available and have some good undulation will add interest and challenge to your practice time.
Range Hours: The range is open daily, sunrise to sunset, except for short periods of required maintenance. The range normally is closed Monday & Thursday mornings (until approx. 11:00am) for ball collection and mowing, etc.

Range Punch Cards: Punch cards are now available for range buckets at Highlands Golf Course. Punch cards are $145.00 and entitle you to twenty (20) large buckets, a savings of $35.00!

Lunch Special: Enjoy your lunch hour with a large bucket, sandwich, chips, and a fountain drink for $13. Offer good weekdays from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
