Late Wild 'N Out star Ms Jacky Oh's surgeon Dr. Zachary 'Dr. Zach' Okhah has sued a number of former patients for claiming in online reviews that he botched their procedures, Page Sixreports.
Jacky, whose full name was Jacklyn Smith, died in Miami at the age of 32, TMZ reported on Thursday. She had previously saidshe was in Miami to have a 'mommy makeover' done in a social media post she subsequently deleted.
Okhahof PH-1 Miami, known as a BBL specialist, sued Leila Penn in July 2021 for more than $30,000 after she alleged the surgeon 'mutilated' her in a review for healthcare marketplace, RealSelf.
Okhah denied her claims incourt documents obtained by Page Six and said her statements were'false' and defamatory.
The website reports he also accused her of encouraging potential patients to get treatments elsewhere by 'directly engaging with' the commenters on the website.

The surgeon dismissed the lawsuit without prejudice in December 2021.
In August 2021 the doctor filed a lawsuit, seen by the publication, for $30,000 against Kyla Neirenburg for stating in a Google review that 'happy patients' of his 'don’t exist.'
She also claimed in a review that patients should read Okhah's reviews on RealSelf because the positive ones were 'likely fake' or written by staff or friends of the surgeon.
Okhah argued Neirenburg's review was defamatory, but the suit was voluntarily dismissed without prejudice in December 2021.

'Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild N’ Out cast throughout five seasons.
The statement continued: 'More importantly, she was a tremendous mother to three beautiful children.

DCYoung Fly, 31, and Jacky initially crossed paths in 2015, the same year he emerged as a personality on the MTV series.
The pair, who never wed, are parents to three children - daughters Nova and Nala and son Prince.
She was already one of the Wild 'N Out personalities at that time. She was no longer on the series, and had been involved in marketing a lip gloss line titled the J Nova Collection.
DC Young Fly, whose real name is John Whitfield, had been in Atlanta filming new Wild 'N Out episodes when he was apprised of the sad news.
In Jacky's career, she also appeared in a number of films, according to her iMDb page.
They include movies such as 2022's Clout, 2022's Scheme Queens, 2021's Switched at Love, 2019's Miscraft and 2017's Del Playa. She also appeared on TV shows such as 2019's The Worst Couple, 2019's Marc + Jenni, and 2019's Shift Drinks.
DC Young Fly has been seen on 81 episodes of Wild 'N Out from 2015-2020. He has also been seen in films such as 2023's House Party, the 2018 movie Armed and the 2016 movie Almost Christmas. He has more than 12.2 million Instagram followers.

She captioned the post: 'When u get all ur kids to sleep at once ... that right there boiiii ... Tag a Mom #happiness #peace lol.'
