@dutchguytoofly @MediacomSupport They’re actually dealing with a massive outage. When they duck calls, that’s when they have the automated system tell you that there’s a potential report of an outage in the area but they only let you use the automated system and never let you speak to a rep.

@Kilith4 @MediacomSupport I’ve been with Mediacom for over a decade because it’s the only option in my area until I can get fiber optics. This isn’t my first rodeo with them. They have a lot of outages, and the absolute worst customer service. Defend them if you want, but you’re in the minority there.

@MediacomSupport I can certainly understand how frustrating this must be. First, I want you to unplug your router for 30 seconds. Once it’s back, I will send a signal to your router. That should fix it. If not, we will get a technician out there in 6 months.

Just got off the phone with @MediacomSupport - their systems are down and can’t tell me anything. I can tell you something though Mediacom. We’re dealing with another outage and your company is absolute trash.

Seriously. I have a Kindle sitting right in front of my face while telling #Mediacom I was buying new modem (they gave me old one) today which would leave only their old stuff from pole. If new modem doesn't work I would be calling T-mobile internet. And magically it now works.

Bored this morning waiting to go out so I went and gave Mediacom Support **** for a few minutes. For 4 weeks and after 2 tech visits always 4 day wait it works maybe 20% of the time. Hadn't worked since 7pm yesterday. Threaten to dump them and magically it now works.Fraud much?
