Job DescriptionEDI Coordinator, $50,000 - $55,000 yearlyFull-Time, Monday - Friday, Remote PositionEarn 2 weeks of vacation after 90 days of employmentCome and experience the difference with R+L CarriersR+L Carriers Information Technology Department in Hagerstown, MD is growing and has immediate openings for an EDI Coordinator. The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) department processes tender requests, shipment statuses and invoicing for many of R+L Carrier’s customers.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Onboarding New EDI Customers
• Review EDI Customer Requests, manage EDI ticketing system using Service Pro
• Working with Inter-Departmental resources on EDI issues (Collections, Rates, Traffic, Sales, Customer Service, Billing, etc.)
• Configure/Change EDI Setups
• Trouble shoot and resolve EDI issues
• Ongoing Communication with Preexisting EDI Customers
• Work with developer on EDI Customer Setup requirements
• Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure smooth data exchange

Qualifications

• Detail oriented, excellent written, listening, interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Logistics experience with EDI, billing or customer on-boarding
• Experience in customer support
• Basic knowledge of EDI is preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite experience, strong excel knowledge
• Ticketing system experience, Service Pro is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work remote and manage your schedule
