Still investigating...but there's no way I can find to get the same customer service person back - so every time I call, I spend an hour going through this ridiculous story from the beginning yet again. So you most certainly can give me a phone. Got a new LG V20, got a second line I don't need, new phone on original number.

  Cons (2): - Data spends a lot of time within the Verizon AS. Their network seems to lack route diversity, at least in New England. Most traffic ends up in NYC/NJ before exiting.- Accounts/billing/etc are cumbersome.

  Be sure you like what you are asking for with tech. We just paid @Verizon $10 to RETURN a device even though it was an IPad which ran like garbage. Sorry but that’s just a crappy policy.
