Su recorrido, hasta el final del Camino, no es extremadamente complicado, la media de sus etapas roza los 24-25 km/día, algo muy normal en la ruta jacobea. Si echamos un vistazo a su perfil en busca de grandes desniveles, el más destacado es la subida aO Cebreiro, un clásico. Esta subida es algo complicada, tanto que, hace cientos de años en épocas de invierno y debido a sus nevadas, se presentó la necesidad de evitar esta subida. Es por ello que surgió una de las rutas principales del Camino llamadaCamino de Invierno, que se desviaba por el sur de Galicia y así, de esta forma, evitar la subida mencionada.Hoy en día, incluso en invierno, no es complicado realizar dicha subida debido a todo el material del que se dispone e incluso de una muchamejor preparación físicapor parte de los peregrinos que realizan el Camino.

Camino frances. St Jean to Roncesvalles via Orisson with less steep descent alternative via chapel. Camino Duro from Villafranca (well worth the extra effort!). Don't just think about it; DO IT !! A fantastic break from pointless life in the UK and wasting your life staring at computers all day. Ideally continue to Finisterre and/or Muxia.
